Frank Garofalo is an Interactive Manager (User Experience, User Interface Design, Icon Design, and Usability Research) with a focus in web, touch-interfaces, and interactive multimedia. Supported user experience efforts on projects for Fortune 100 companies, US Federal agencies, and with budgets of over $12 million. Over 17 years of experience with various companies, such as Esri, The Walt Disney Company, Bank of America, Cyber View, and Garmin.
In 1999, he started Cyber View, an online media and interactive solutions agency.
Frank received a Master of Science from Purdue University in Computer Graphics Technology. He conducted a qualitative, enthographic research study, titled User Interfaces for Simultaneous Group Collaboration through Multi-Touch Devices. A Provisional U.S. Patent (#62/327,354) was filed in April 2010 for the hardware device developed during this study.
He has a passion for crafting quality experiences by balancing creative designs and functional development. Frank is also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
